We worked with Shane and he helped us find a very unique Land Rover Defender. We wanted to find a used vehicle but with specific details and characteristics. Shane completely understood what we had in mind and I know he filtered through many different options before finding just the right fit for us. While searching for this, he also respected our budget, which I know can add another challenge. He found it in Florida and had it transported here to Sioux Falls for us. Purchasing this sight-unseen was a bit nerve racking but when we saw it in person, it was better than we even imagined! They had it absolutely perfect sitting in the shop for us when we came to pick it up. We are confident we chose the right place to purchase this vehicle from and Shane nailed it!

Had Autowerks detail a vehicle for me. The thing that really set them made the experience great, apart from doing a great job on the vehicle, was the service. I spoke to Ethan at Autowerks late morning on the Tuesday before thanksgiving and needed an urgent detail. He was able to squeeze me into their very busy schedule and had the vehicle back to me before noon the next day. Will definitly be going back there for our car needs.

Very courteous helpful and professional, Ethan showed me the Ferrari I was looking for an though it was in for a major service went above and beyond to lower it down off the lift to let me check it over at my leisure . Never felt rushed or pressured to make any quick decisions , the place was very clean and well kept, hope to visit again .

We recently purchased a car for my 16-year-old daughter. I just can’t say enough about them and how great they were to work with. It doesn’t have to be a high luxury car as my daughter bought a 2011 Mitsubishi. The communication is top-notch and they listen to all your concerns even after you purchased the vehicle.You just don’t find that these days in the car buying industry!! If you do buy a vehicle from them. They give you a tour of all the other awesome, crazy exotic vehicles that you ever wish you wanted And could afford!! The place is just awesome!I would definitely take my vehicles there to be worked on and also would buy a vehicle from them and gladly spread the word on on my car buying experience from themWhen I say there shop is cool that’s an understatement. The vehicle inventory in there, the upholstery and paint booth repair areas to even the way they store the vehicles that are there. It’s just top-notch!!!

I had a great buying experience here with a Subaru Forester. Ethan was very up front about everything they knew about the vehicle and pricing. They gave me a very fair price on my trade in. The entire process was exactly what you want when buying a car. Transparent, fair, and professional.
